TWO WAYS TO ENGAGE:
Work on an Industry Challenge
There are options for students to bring innovative solutions to industry-driven challenges and hackathons. Learn about industry problems to solve, work individually or in teams, and compete for prizes.
Grow Your Own Ideas
Students interested in pursuing their own interests, building a team around an existing idea, or learning more about the applications of an existing technology can DIY their experience with the Lab. Gain access to mentors, equipment, and ideas.
We will be all virtual with the possibility of in-person meetings this semester. Stay tuned.

September 20 - 7:00 - 8:00 PM Student Info Session
Come to this open info session to learn more about the Hyper Innovation Tech Lab.
Everyone is welcome. No experience required.
We will talk about opportunities for hands-on learning, participation in challenges, projects, and resources to either work on industry sponsored projects or pursue your own interests.
September 27 7:00 - 8:00 PM Student Kick Off
Come to this session to meet potential team members and learn more about the Digital Health Industry Project. We will cover submission criteria, frameworks, expectations, and goals for the semester.
RSVP for the Virtual Kick Off Session
October 4 - October 18
Students will be encouraged to connect in virtual or in-person for team work, troubleshooting, and to meet with industry mentors.
October 25 7:00 - 8:00 PM Peer Review Check-in
This session will be an opportunity for peer feedback and working through issues. Mentors will be present to give feedback on project progress.
November 1 7:00 - 800 PM Work Session
Refine ideas based on peer feedback in an open work session.
November 8 7:00 - 800 PM Internal Presentation
Draft presentations to a group of peers to gain additional feedback.
November 17 4:00 - 6:00 PM
Hyper Innovation Tech Lab Virtual Showcase
Teams have the option to present in a virtual showcase event to business leaders and decision-makers.
